Biometric and Health Data Notice
How SWELTR uses biometric and health-adjacent data to estimate heat adaptation.
Effective April 26, 2026
What this data means in SWELTR
SWELTR may process biometric and health-adjacent data you enter, such as heart rate, body weight, sweat timing, core temperature estimates, session duration, perceived exertion, and recovery inputs.
This data is used to calculate estimated heat load, confidence, trends, and adaptation scores. These outputs are estimates, not clinical measurements or medical determinations.
How to interpret outputs
Scores and protocol guidance should be treated as suggested starting points. Adjust based on your experience, environment, hydration, recovery, training load, and professional guidance when appropriate.
Consent
By creating an account and checking the biometric data consent, you consent to SWELTR collecting, processing, and storing this data for product operation, adaptation tracking, and product improvement.
