SWELTR is a heat-adaptation calculator and educational tracking tool for athletes and coaches. It helps users log heat sessions, estimate adaptation, and review suggested protocol starting points.

SWELTR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or individualized medical prescriptions.

SWELTR is currently intended for users located in the United States only. Do not create an account or use SWELTR if you are outside the United States.

We may expand availability to other countries later, but international privacy, consumer, health, and electronic communications rules have not yet been built into this beta service.

You are responsible for using SWELTR safely, entering accurate information, understanding your own health status, and consulting a qualified professional before starting heat exposure if you have questions or risk factors.

Do not use SWELTR in a way that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or that interferes with the service or other users.

SWELTR is in beta and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changing formulas. We may change, pause, or remove beta features as we improve the product.

SWELTR is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
