How SWELTR collects, uses, and protects account, training, biometric, and feedback data.
Effective April 26, 2026
Information we collect
SWELTR may collect account information such as name, email, role, sport, fitness level, and coach-athlete relationships.
SWELTR may also collect training and biometric-related information you provide, including sauna sessions, heat activities, recovery logs, heart rate, body weight, core temperature estimates, sweat onset, perceived exertion, notes, protocol activity, consent records, and feedback submissions.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the app, estimate adaptation scores, support coach-athlete workflows, display protocol progress, send account or invite emails, improve product quality, and maintain security and consent records.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal or biometric data. Assigned coaches may see athlete data only where the product is designed to support that coach-athlete relationship.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, security, or support. These providers process data so SWELTR can operate.
Cookies and local storage
SWELTR uses essential cookies and similar storage needed for login, session management, security, and basic app operation. These are required for the service to work.
SWELTR may use local storage for app preferences, such as remembering your preferred unit system. This helps the app feel consistent when you return.
SWELTR does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or marketing pixels. If we add analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, or other non-essential tracking later, we should update this policy and add any required notice, opt-out, or consent controls before enabling those tools.
Your choices
You can update profile information in Settings. Account cancellation and full data deletion are planned backlog items and should be requested through support until the in-app flow exists.
